To start, you can choose from a wide range of small plates. Ideal for sharing, enjoy a variety of culinary delights with these tasty appetizers. To begin, we recommend the Cajun Conway crabcakes – an assortment of succulent crabcakes coated in breadcrumbs and complimented with a citrus mayonnaise and lemon dip.

Don’t fancy crabcakes? Why not try the delightful Bowland lamb hotpot pie? Served on a bed of tobacco onions, this compact pie is bursting with flavour. And did we mention that this delicious dish comes with a mini beer.

Or maybe you’re a vegetarian? Choose from a either the tomato and basil stack with aged balsamic or the tempura coated vegetables with aioli. And that’s not mentioning our sweet potato fries with house slaw and dips or our goats’ cheese and golden beetroot slider with straw potatoes.

Each and every one of our spectacular small plates on the new No.9 Bar and Restaurant menu are cooked, presented and served to perfection by our talented team of chefs.

Amazing A la Carte

After you’ve enjoyed one of our incredible small plates, it’s time to move on to the main event; the Piéce de rèsistance . You can choose a dish from our unbelievable A la Carte section on the new No.9 Bar and Restaurant menu – which features everything from roasted chicken breast with confit chicken leg terrine, crisp pancetta and refreshing morel mushroom and petit pois velouté to wild mushroom, asparagus and pickled enoki cream.

From succulent oven roasted saddle of lamb to slow cooked, grass fed beef, this part of the new No.9 Bar and Restaurant menu is ideal for the carnivores amongst you.
